Management Cornerstones Inc. recognizes that Board Presidents confront difficult problems and face unique challenges. As part of a growing interest in providing services that meet the specialized needs of nonprofit organizations, Management Cornerstones is offering a workshop designed solely for the Presidents (or Chairpersons) of nonprofit Boards of Directors.

On behalf of Management Cornerstones, I am inviting you to attend this important session "A President's Primer" on Monday, February 20, 2006 -- President's Day. At this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Motivate and maintain the Board's interest
  • Make meetings work
  • Work with the Executive Director
  • Supervise committees
  • Provide leadership to the Executive Director
  • Raise money from the Board
  • Reduce the liabilities of being a Board Director

"A President's Primer" is a leadership seminar designed for the Presidents of nonprofit organizations.
