Southeastern Wisconsin Area Agency On Aging

The inaugural activity of Management Cornerstones' contract was to conduct a Board self-assessment. The survey process provided an opportunity for each Director to offer individual opinions and perspectives. The comprehensive instrument covered a gamut of topics related to this quasi-governmental agency with a complex corporate structure, including: a Director profile, strengths and weaknesses of Board composition, recruitment and orientation, mission, programs, fund development, planning, and the role of the advisory council.
